Our sessions are designed to help you reflect, learn and practice, so that you can confidently respond to your child's behaviours and emotions. Together, we can figure out the hard moments of parenting, and revel in the positive ones.

Our evidence-based services are proven to:

  • develop  children's regulation, resilience, social, and listening skills 

  • decrease child anxiety, hyperactivity, and aggression and parental stress 

1-1 bespoke session

A bespoke, one-off session as an alternative to one of our full programmes, catered towards a very specific problem which you are looking for insight and support on. Such sessions could cover:

  • Making your commands/instructions more effective to increase compliance

  • Supporting your child with transitions – moving from one activity to another

  • Helping your child with the arrival of a new sibling, moving to a new school/new home

  • Regulating yourself during tough parenting moments to begin to respond rather than react to children's big feelings and challenging behaviours

This support is for any parent/carer of a child aged between 2-11.

  • 1 x 60 minute session

  • Follow up phone call of 15 minutes

Smiling Father And Son

The Everyday Contained Live Parent-Child Coaching Programme

 

This evidence-based 6 session programme combines a curriculum of parenting strategies with live therapist observation and coaching with the child in the room. This gives the therapist the opportunity to see how your child responds to strategies in real-time, and the parent the opportunity to practice new skills immediately. 

 

  • For any parents/carers of children aged between 3-8 (includes children with suspected/diagnosed ADHD/ASC/PDA/ODD)

  • Includes an initial thorough assessment from therapist to truly understand you and your family

  • Set, create, and measure goals for your parenting, wellbeing, and your child too.

  • An active process of learning new skills specific to your set-up and family context - includes roleplay, weekly home-practice and feedback

  • Includes 15-min check-in pep-talk calls between sessions

  • Lifetime access to resources and handouts

  • ​Online or in-person

  • £250 (6 x 90 minute sessions)

Counseling Session

The Everyday Contained 1-1 programme

This evidence-based 6-session programme is comprehensive and learning is an active process (sessions include roleplay, weekly home-practice and feedback).  ​

The programme includes positive strategies to increase communication, attunement and desirable behaviours, as well as clear limit-setting and management of more challenging behaviours. Sessions also include self-regulation tools to support you to respond thoughtfully rather than react. 

  • For any parents/carers of children aged between 3-11 (includes children with suspected/diagnosed ADHD/ASC/PDA/ODD)

  • Includes an initial thorough assessment from therapist to truly understand you and your family
