Fees and Cancellation Policy

Fees

  • All coaching fees are agreed upon in advance and clearly communicated before booking.

  • Fees are payable at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Payment is required to confirm and secure an appointment.

  • Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or at the discretion of the coach.

Appointments

  • Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and may take place in person or online.

  • Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time and ensuring they are in a suitable environment for coaching.

  • Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.

  • Missed appointments or failure to attend without notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Late Arrivals

  • If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time and the full fee will apply.

  • If the coach is late, the session time will be extended or an alternative arrangement will be offered.

Coach Cancellations

  • If the coach needs to cancel a session, the client will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Any waiver of fees is at the discretion of the coach.

Agreement

By booking a parent coaching session, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Fees, Appointments, and Cancellations Policy.
