Fees and Cancellation Policy

Fees

All coaching fees are agreed upon in advance and clearly communicated before booking.

Fees are payable at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.

Payment is required to confirm and secure an appointment.

Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or at the discretion of the coach.
Appointments
-
Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and may take place in person or online.

Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time and ensuring they are in a suitable environment for coaching.

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.

Missed appointments or failure to attend without notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time and the full fee will apply.

If the coach is late, the session time will be extended or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
Coach Cancellations

If the coach needs to cancel a session, the client will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
Exceptional Circumstances

Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Any waiver of fees is at the discretion of the coach.
Agreement
By booking a parent coaching session, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Fees, Appointments, and Cancellations Policy.
